Thanksgiving in Ekalaka!

A lot of my family was able to get together the middle of November for a week long hunt in Ekalaka, MT! That part of the state is known for their abundance of deer so they were expecting to bring home a few but when they showed up on Friday with 6 bucks in the back of the truck we were all extremely surprised!! I know this is gross to many people, myself included, but even I thought it was prett impressive!

After, they spent the majority of the evening skinning deer we were able to have an early Thanksgiving dinner! I was so nice to have our family together. It seems like now that we are all getting older it is next to impossible for us all to find time to be together (sad, i know ~ but true).

Everyone loved seeing Ethand and like always, he was out to entertain! It's like he knows when there are new people around because he tries extra hard to impress them! What a gem :)

These are just the deer they shot on Friday! They are missing 3 other bucks that they shot earlier in the week!
