First Foods!

Alaina's first experience looks like it was a good one - but not so much! I started off with formula and rice cereal - bad idea! Poor girl got SO constipated that we ended up having to give her a suppository after she did not poop for 3 days! UGH - she was so miserable and I pretty much gave up on rice cereal after this! I went back to only formula for about a week and then decided that she didn't really NEED rice cereal so I started with straight fruits and veggies and added oatmeal about a week in and since then she has been doing great! She loves the food and I love what it is doing to her cheeks! Yes, I think they are getting chubbier and I just can't get enough of them!!! :)
