He is in his twenties!!

Ethan is in his 20s! 20 months that is!!! Wowza! He is growing, developing, and learning at an uncontrollable pace and we are loving it!

Top 20 things that we adore about you!

1. The way you still tuck your knees & elbows into my chest and lay your head on my shoulder when you are tired

2. The way you are now sleeping every night/all night in your OWN crib!!! Yay!!

3. The extreme length of your eyelashes!

4. The way you lift up your eyebrows and say "oooooooo" when you see something you like!

5. Your curiousity for the potty and how you have actually succeeded in going "poo poo" 4-5 times already!

6. The way you say Gavin's name: "Sha Sha"

7. You blow kisses - so sweet!

8. You got some new blocks and you drag them out and with such concentration you stack them into towers! When you are done you get really excited and say "Bii" and "Sy" AKA "It is big and it goes up to the sky!"

9. You won't go to sleep without your mama and dah-ee laying down with you!

10. You love your cousin Shann and get so excited when you see him!

11. Your love for daycare and all your friends that go there with you but how you still drop whatever it is you are doing and come running into my arms when I get there!

12. The relationship you have with your "DD" and how you enjoy going over there on Tuesday's! It makes me so happy that you enjoy your time over there esp. when she tells me how the 2 of you spent your days! ie: washing dishes, coloring, watching the birds

13. Balls, balls, balls! You can now catch one, throw one, shoot one, hit one, and kick one!

14. The smell of your little body after the bath.

15. How you think you need a cup of "juuush" every 5 minutes! And how I can put 3/4 water in your cup and just a little bit of juice and you will drink it as long as you see that I poured the juice bottle in your cup!

16. Your giggly personality! You can laugh and laugh and laugh and are always in a good mood! I couldn't have dreamed up a better little boy!

17. Your little toes and little hands. I could just hold them all day long!

18. The precious hugs and kisses that you give when we ask you nicely! I love nothing more than when you wrap your little arms around my neck!

19. "Cheeesh" what you say when we ask you to smile for a picture! "Saweee" what you now say when you pretty much do anything that you know is wrong!

20. Your kind heart! Your really are a sweet little boy; in fact, Kortney Diegel told me last week that you were giving a big hug to every kid that walked through the door at daycare! That makes me smile and gives me reason to believe we are on the right track to raising a happy, healthy, and well mannered little boy!
